项目位于合肥市经开区，面积1800㎡。它通过温柔的设计手法将城市的形态特征和自然艺术、人文场景融合在一起以创造一个城市山水角落。设计师打破常规，以“社区营造”为切入点，重新定义“销售中心”的概念。将运动娱乐、儿童教育、社区交流多类场景集中于此。“水”的美好形态从地域历史中被提取出来作为立意元素，展现手法上的灵感来源于中国传统山水工笔画的克制与冷静。这些元素共同组成了一个既富有前卫的视觉体验，又饱含传统文化的作品。

The project is located in Jingkai district, Hefei city, with an area of 1,800 square meters. Through the gentle design techniques, it combines the morphological characteristics of the city with the natural art as well as the humanistic scene together to create a place representing the city's landscape. Our designers redefine the concept of sales center, making community creation as the starting point to build a scene containing sports, entertainment, children's education and communication. The form of water is extracted as a conceptual element from the city history, and the means of expression is inspired by the restraint and calmness of the traditional Chinese painting technique. All of the element composes an unique project with not only avant-garde visual experience but also traditional culture.
