PHA作品·深国投改造项目说明:

项目背景:

该项目为改造项目,用地位于深圳市福田区侨香路与农林路交界处,改造后的商场,将打造LOFT主题商业空间、阶梯式花园与下沉广场、屋顶平台花园、内外连廊等。项目地处最为资深的香蜜湖豪宅片区,毗邻城市主要干道,交通便利。周边居住环境优越,是该区域唯一的购物中心。

This project is a renovation project. The land is located at the junction of Qiaoxiang Road and Agroforestry Road in Futian District of Shenzhen City. After renovation, the shopping mall will create LOFT theme commercial space, ladder garden and sunken square, roof platform garden, inner and outer corridors, etc. The project is located in the most senior residential area of Xiangmi Lake, adjacent to the main trunk roads of the city, with convenient transportation. The neighborhood is the only shopping center in the area.

 

 

设计理念:

本项目因层高过低、动线设计等内部空间结构问题而受到限制,阻碍了购物体验性。一些对空间场地有特殊要求的受欢迎品牌租户,也因此难以入场。伴随着消费者需求的不断升级,坚持以消费者为导向的深国投广场,将从内部空间,外立面,外部商业广场等众多方面进行一一改造,从而全面提升消费者的场景体验,打造深圳品质生活的新地标。

在此次的改造中,为了带给消费者更现代、更舒适的购物体验感,对内部空间结构进行了大刀阔斧的调整,并提出了全国首个平行空间概念。公共空间中简洁流线型的空间细节,配合三维的剖面设计,灯光采取流线型引导人群,重点区域以深国投LOGO疏密散布,形成星光效果,同时增加区位性次走道,利用带弧度的镜面天花增加空间感,地下一层延伸整个室内的设计概念,以白色丰富空间,提高亮度,外摆空间利用特色的弧形突出,设计上自然形成节点空间。

SCPG Shopping Plaza is limited by the internal spatial structure problems such as low layer height and moving line design, which hinders the shopping experience. A number of popular brand tenants with special requirements for space are therefore difficult to settle. With the continuous upgrading of consumer demand and adhere to the consumer-oriented , SCPG Shopping Plaza will reform the internal space, façade, external commercial plaza and many other aspects sequentially, thus comprehensively enhance the consumers’ experience, creating a new landmark in the quality of life in Shenzhen.

In this transformation, in order to bring consumers a more modern, more comfortable shopping experience, the internal space structure has been a drastic adjustment, and PHA proposed the first parallel space concept. Concise and streamlined space details in public spaces, designed  with the three-dimensional profile design, lighting to take a streamlined guide to the crowd and SCPG Shopping Plaza logo density spread in key space causing the formation of starlight effect, while increasing the location of the second aisle, using a curved mirror ceiling to increase the sense of space. Underground one layer extends the entire interior design concept, applying white color to enrich space and improve brightness. External pendulum space utilize the characteristics of the arc prominent, which form the natural form of node space in reform design.

 

 

灵感来源:

消费升级的最重要的内涵之一,便是消费者的审美认知升级。本次改造采用了深圳本地的三角梅印力集团LOGO的相结合,将花瓣的元素与现代科技相结合融入到室内空间中,让其美丽性感的动态飘送整个空间。整个空间全面提升消费者的场景体验,实现从内部空间到外部空间的焕然一新,打造深圳品质生活的新地标。印力集团logo的花瓣元素将被数字化,作为外立面的设计元素并沿用入室内。外立面上配合着灯光的运用,具有丰富、独特而鲜明的标志性。

This transformation uses the combination of Shenzhen's local bougainvillea and the SCPG Group's LOGO, combining the elements of the petals with modern technology into the interior space, allowing its beautiful dynamics to flow throughout the space. The entire space enhances the consumer's scene experience and realizes a new look from the interior space to the external space, creating a new landmark for quality life in Shenzhen. The petal elements of the Indy Group logo will be digitized as a design element for the façade and used indoors. The use of lighting on the façade is rich, unique and distinctive.

 

 

氛围:

改造后的商业空间成为高达9米的LOFT双层形式,内部空间具有高低错落的变化感,使商铺既能根据不同需求增添更多的商业想象力与趣味性,又能实现展示最大化。将梁加上镜面,反射了灯饰的灯光,照亮了整个空间,使空间更加丰富,具有层次感。

The transformed commercial space has become a double-decker form of LOFT up to 9 meters. The interior space has a high and low sense of change, so that the shops can not only add more commercial imagination and interest according to different needs, but also maximize the display. The beam with mirror reflects the light of the lighting, illuminates the whole space, makes the space more abundant and has a sense of hierarchy.

 

 

设计功能:

为了带给消费者更现代、更舒适的购物体验感,对内部空间结构进行了大刀阔斧的调整,并提出了全国首个平行空间概念。改造后的商业空间成为高达9米的LOFT双层形式,内部空间具有高低错落的变化感,使商铺既能根据不同需求增添更多的商业想象力与趣味性,又能实现展示最大化。老物业往往因层高过低、动线设计等内部空间结构问题而受到限制,阻碍了购物体验的提升空间。一些对空间场地有特殊要求的受欢迎品牌租户,也因此难以入场。

一方面优化生活中心的定位,另一方面侧重品质和时尚。从而全面提升消费者的场景体验,将自身打造成深圳品质生活的新地标,切实体现出深国投广场全新的文化、生态、情感、体验这一主题理念,重新建立起与顾客间的情感纽带,以“体验消费分享快乐”引发与顾客间的情感共鸣。以健康环保的理念,通过优化调整打造出全城最大的环保立体停车场,不仅节省面积合理利用资源增加额外收入,还可以增加更多车位供消费者使用,避免因车位不足导致的顾客不满意度间接造成购物中心的损失。

In the concept of health and environmental protection, through optimization and adjustment to create the city's largest environmentally-friendly three-dimensional parking lot, not only saves the area to rationally use resources to increase additional income, but also can increase more parking spaces for consumers to use, to avoid customer dissatisfaction caused by insufficient parking spaces Indirectly caused the loss of the shopping center.
