曦城别墅四期260栋的男主人喜欢中式、传统文化元素的设计。中式风格所体现出来的是端庄大方的气魄，丰满华丽的风采，而新中式风格则是在此基础上增加现代元素，使其兼具古典与时尚气息。本案就是古典与现代相融合的新中式风格设计，以水墨的手法为主，在“意境”上定位准确，而最难把握的“神韵”部分，巧妙地运用暖黄色调、搭配家具的颜色，营造出温馨静雅的中式氛围。使之有水墨画境界，有清雅含蓄，端庄丰华之感。在造型上，采用的是硬朗的直线条，并以对称的方式呈现，表现了端庄大气的视觉效果。墙面铺贴中式简约壁纸，地面的亚光地砖，然后通过顶面木质装饰，打造出一个大气，简约又不失温馨的生活气息。在材质上，采用大红酸枝为主的家具，端庄的造型，精致的细节雕刻，演绎了丰富的艺术灵感和独特的人文内涵，并从中品味出中国人传统的审美情趣、精神追求。在配饰上，中式意境的装饰壁画、古色古香的灯具、温润的瓷器，处处彰显中式文化的雅韵。
