Completed the building, indoor and outdoor decorations in Dec. 2021, and the Chinese style garden is predicted to be completed in Mar. 2022. Xing Family House is located on the Sanya Area DragonBay.

来源于中国古典建筑，表现出来的是中国文化的自信，绽放着新中式院落的风采。建造理念“中而不古、新而不洋”还秉承“文化筑居中国”这一理念，弘扬中国建筑园林精髓。建筑外立面：创新中式风格，大胆采用汉白玉精雕细琢、千年流韵的瓦当、中式洁白护栏，处处彰显高贵典雅，开创三亚居住新境界。 Design inspiration of construction planning: It is derived from Chinese classical architecture and reflects China's cultural confidence, displaying the style of a new Chinese courtyard. It holds the building concept of "Chinese style but not ancient, new but not foreign," which also adheres to the concept of "culture builds on China" and promotes the essence of Chinese architectural gardens. Building facades: Innovative Chinese style, a bold attempt in using white marble with finely carved tiles, millennial eaves tile, and Chinese white guardrails, displaying grace and nobility, ushering in a new realm of Sanya residence.
