The concept of land parcel is traced to the same origin of overall planning and design. Each land parcel is organically connected with another to shape the quality of life and to creat a vibrant coast. The project adopts the concept of urban living room, setting aside all types of public venues for the city, creating shared space and stimulating cultural vitality. Harbor-style block business, which is designed according to local conditions, makes commercial activities flexibly and organically integrated with the public environment. Bold and innovative community planning designs a well-spaced checkerboard layout with ample architectural space, and creates the life quality of viewing the mountain and sea by maximizing the use of site advantages and adapting to the topography and landscape surface.
