在江南水乡，对悠然的园林与环境的喜爱深深印在文化的骨子里。而本项目中，如何在高效的现代建筑中寻求建筑与环境的和谐状态，是建筑师在本项目中试图解决的问题。

In Jiangnan Watery region, the love for leisurely gardens and environment is deeply rooted in the culture. In this project, how to seek the harmonious state between architecture and environment in efficient modern architecture is the problem that the architect tries to solve in this project.

在本项目中，建筑师通过建筑在空间上与环境的穿插融合，削减了环境与建筑之间的界限，力图让环境和建筑成为一个整体。

In this project, architects cut down the boundary between environment and architecture through the interpenetration and integration of architecture in space and environment, trying to make the environment and architecture as a whole.

传统建筑对庭院的围合往往体现在平面上。而在本建筑中，建筑师在三维空间上对庭院形成半围合，使环境流动进入建筑之中，模糊中形成内外环境的过度，并形成更为舒适的灰空间。

The enclosure of traditional architecture to courtyard is usually reflected in the plane. In this Building, the architects make a surround close to the courtyard in three-dimensional space, make the environmental flows into the building, the fuzzy formed in the internal and external environment of excessive, and form the gray space more comfortable.

建筑的形体在这种融合之中，反而因为环境而被切割变形，这种变形使空间之间的流动更为畅顺。

In this fusion, the form of architecture is cut and deformed due to the environment, which makes the flow between Spaces smoother.

内庭院中连廊的门可根据天气情况自由开启，从而产生灵活的室内外关系。建筑首层使用了通透的玻璃，虚化室内外界限，让环境成为展示的一部分。

The door of the corridor in the atrium can be opened freely according to the weather condition, thus producing flexible indoor and outdoor relations. The first floor of the building uses transparent glass to blur the indoor and outdoor boundaries and make the environment part of the display.

二层利用首层的屋顶，形成花园，营造舒适自由的办公环境。除了融合庭院，建筑还多处利用了天光，将光线由顶部引入室内，增加了参观者体验自然的维度。

The second floor uses the roof of the first floor to form a garden and create a comfortable and free office environment. In addition to integrating the courtyard, the building also makes use of the sky light in many places, bringing the light from the top to the interior, increasing the dimension of visitors' experience of nature.

建筑采用了可发光的彩釉玻璃外墙，鳞片式的挂法为建筑带来饱满的肌理。彩釉玻璃上印制了带有江南特色的花纹图案，增加近尺度中建筑给人带来的视觉感受层次。彩釉玻璃后安装了可智能控制的LED灯带，白天和晚上带给人不同的视觉感受，赋予这栋建筑强烈的可记忆性。从工业化的角度来说，新兴的玻璃材质灵活而有效率。但在技术普及之后，如今人们又开始寻求特殊的定制。在本项目中，建筑师试图探索出玻璃材质新的发展方式。

The exterior wall of the building is made of luminescent glazed glass, and the scale hanging method brings the full texture to the building. The decorative pattern with Jiangnan characteristics is printed on the colored glaze glass to increase the visual perception level brought by the architecture in the near scale. The glazed glass is fitted with intelligently controlled LED lights, giving the building a strong memory and giving it a different visual experience during the day and night. From the perspective of industrialization, the new glass material is flexible and efficient. But now, after the spread of technology, people are looking for special customization. In this project, the architect tries to explore new ways of developing glass materials.

建筑在构造上，局部运用了厚板、挑梁的技术，达成了轻盈的表现效果。

In the construction, the technology of thick plate and girder is applied in some parts of the building, and the lightsome performance effect is achieved.

在销售结束之后，建筑将融入周围的商业之中，成为其一部分。建筑师进行设计时，也充分考虑了销售展示中心今后的转化方式，使其能够根据现有的三个区域，转化成为首层二个，二层一个的灵活商家，从而实现建筑资源的最大化利用。建筑的销售展示功能是暂时性的，在长远的时间层面来看，将来能够转化成为可持续使用的功能，才是这栋建筑最好的归宿。

After the end of the sale, the building will be part of the surrounding business. Architects also give full consideration to the future way sales exhibition center, according to the existing three regions, make it into a flexible business with two in the first floor, one in the second floor, so as to realize the maximization of utilization of resources building. The sales and display function of the building is temporary. In the long run, it is the best destination for the building to be transformed into a sustainable function in the future.
