设计一个房子是容易的，但设计一个家却绝非易事，因为房子是物质的，而家是精神性的，是情感的载体，带出主人的独特气息，带着每一个家庭的不同氛围与气度。

 Designing a house is easy, but designing a home is no easy task, because the house is material, and the home is spiritual, a carrier of emotion, bringing out the unique atmosphere of the owner, with the different atmosphere of each family.

每一个家都是独一无二的，因而每一个家都应该是量身定做的。

Every home is unique, so every home should be tailor-made.

 本案是一幢双拼别墅，两户打通，将近1100㎡。因为是两户变一户，所以房子虽然面积很大，空间的构架却并不舒展，需要重新梳理，以体现大房子该有的格局。然而原户型结构的限制，令到这种改变充满困难和挑战。

The case is a double-family villa, two houses get through, nearly 1100m². Because the two houses have changed into one house, the size of the house is big, but the structure of the space is not comfortable. It needs to be reorganized to reflect the pattern of the big house. However, the limitations of the original house structure make this change full of difficulties and challenges.
