建筑承载着人与地域的记忆与文化。通过设计语言勾勒出空间的故事轮廓；结合贯穿建筑的天际线；在简洁的处理手法中记载着山、海、蓝天、建筑与人的文化与交融。
寓事，寓景，寄于人。在建筑中刻画故事载体，在与人的交际中，营造惬意、商酌、展望未来梦想的美好“港湾”。
As a boundless stretch of world, tranquility, vastness and purity; it also frees its mind, roams through it and explores its curious unknown; like a miniature floating bottle of landscape, it carries objects and conveys thoughts - "with mountains, with seas, with time", bringing three-dimensional spatial form into the "four-dimensional" space;
Architecture bears the memory and culture of people and regions. Through the design language, the story outline of the space is outlined; combined with the skyline running through the building; The culture and blending of mountains, sea, blue sky, architecture and human are recorded in a concise way.
Fables, landscapes, place on others. Describe the story carrier in the building, and create a pleasant "harbour" for deliberation and vision of future dreams in the communication with people.
