该项目对于设计师来说具有极高的挑战性,设计师在对各个风格的筛选与取舍之间找到了一个最佳的平衡点。在前期的平面规划及软装配饰中也遵循了这个宗旨：日式的简约矩阵的空间次序感、东南亚的精雕细琢的细节体现、中式大气轴对称的形式美，尤其在家具陈设艺术品的考究选择，是整个项目的亮点所在。一个好项目的完成，不仅是天时地利人和，更为难得的是甲方无条件的配合与付出，这个是至关重要的条件。

Design Specification：

The project is full of challenges to the designer, but the designer gets the balance point when selecting between the various styles. In both the floor planning and the soft decoration, the designer focuses on the aim that the Japanese Simple Style of the order space to be shown, that the Southeast Asian Style details with careful sculptures to be reflected, that the beauty in form of the Chinese grand symmetrical style to be expressed. The outstanding shining point of the design especially reflected in the careful and cautious selections of furniture and furnishings. A perfect project is done with favorable climate, geographical position and support of the people. The most commendable thing is the owner’s cooperation and contribution with no condition, which is one of the most important things, which finally leads to the success of the project.
