通宇温泉假日酒店座落于中国山西灵石，与名闻遐迩的中国民居大宅“王家大院”隔河相望，以诚敬的姿态传承千百年的晋文化辉煌。酒店由三大板块组成，酒店主体建筑35909.2m²，温泉水疗中心18357.9m²，温泉别墅十栋，共计3764m²，总体建筑面积58031.1m²。

酒店大堂Hotel Lobby

      依据中国文化与风水，将原有不规则大堂改造为方正对称空间，以一泓静谧的清泉及庄重的木制照壁迎接贵客的到来，接待区设置于一侧，低调不事张扬，接待台背景设置以王家大院为主题的大型艺术壁画，以沉静的姿态诉说对辉煌晋文化的传承。为减少入口中庭上方客房与大堂的相互干扰，以富有韵律的半通透实木格栅进行装饰，让大堂与中庭在虚实相生的意境中交溶。不规则线条穿插于吊顶，形成与酒店建筑主体的对话。

The designer uses special method to transform the original irregular lobby into upright, foursquare and symmetrical space, this processing method is based on Chinese culture and Chinese Fengshui. Once the guests enter the space, the clear spring and solemn wooden screen wall are in front of them. The reception area is set in sideward space in a low-pitched way, and its background is a large-scale artistic mural with the themed of Wang Courtyard, showing the inheritance of Jin brilliant culture in calm way. In order to reduce mutual interference caused by the guest rooms in the atrium and the lobby, the semi transparent solid wood grilles are used metrically to make the lobby and the atrium have a smooth combination. The irregular lines thrust to the ceiling, having a good connection with the hotel building.

生态中餐厅Ecological Chinese restaurant 

      作为酒店极具特色的空间，以中国传统的造园手法，结合现代的餐饮功能需求，导入水景及观赏性极佳的植物，亭台水榭，树影婆娑，移步换景，让宾客在北方的气候条件下拥有一个四季常青的高尚宴饮乐园。

The designer adopts traditional gardening method, combines modern catering functional requirements, and decorates with water scene and extraordinary plants to make an extremely unique space. Therefore the guests can enjoy a noble evergreen drinking paradise in the northern climates.
