鑫苑成都国际城售楼处项目说明:

案位于“天府”成都,根植于一座历史文化名城,古有云“锦江丝管日纷纷,半入江风半入云”,言其繁华与秀美,设计师借助其深厚的文化脉络,以东方美学为基础,演绎出现代情怀的设计语言和对自然地推崇心境。

设计元素以自然的大理石为主,既体现项目的品质,又迎合设计中的自然情怀,其中的金属和艺术玻璃,强调着整个空间的现代感。

“围”+“合”这是入口门厅的设计出发点,围为聚,合为通,聚者收气纳韵,通者疏流达仁,以有序的空间界定围合,又使每个空间互相贯通,礼迎送往。

大堂--整个空间的核心区,超大的落地式沙盘,配合顶面自然天光,把空间的气势感很好的体现出来,再加上艺术感极强的装饰灯具,丰富了大空间的视觉效果。在设计的角度,为了避免空间界面的平直呆板,设计师选用较为柔和的和纸灯带,序列感和仪式感悠然而生。

本案的洽谈区也是设计的重点所在,是作为销售中心的重要载体区域,也是客户最为感知的空间;设计在此区域强调人的体验感和舒适性,中间的“岛”型吧台,环顾四周,便于对客户的“周”到服务,吧台上方的发光盒子与下面的台面造型呼应,增加此区的情致感和设计美学,舒适的家具和艺术品的搭配,流露出空间的雅韵和调性。

VIP的设置和设计,以相对私密和舒适为基础,迎合项目整体的设计理念,将东方元素以现代的展示方式呈现,配合富有自然气息的艺术品,空间得到了理想的品质效果。

整体设计是对成都这个城市文化的挖掘体现,也是对未来城市的审美塑造,不留俗,不刻意,每个空间即互通又独立,营造了空间的品质感,更有在以东方的脉络中粹化出的时尚肌理与自然感受,身临其中,与艺术的交流,对自然的感知,还有时尚情怀的涓涓细流...
