京鲁能钓鱼台美高梅别墅说明:

在中国古代诗歌中,“意象”是个绕不开的词。对“象”赋予“意”,将一个个的意象按照美的规律,组成有机的、有时空距离的、有层次的画面,使其连贯、对比、烘托或共振,以展示场景、以传达感情。

“Image”is an inseparable part of the ancient Chinese poetry. As a Chinese, we tend to endow a certain “Subject”with a “Special Meaning”, and turn various “Images”into an organic and tiered landscape based on the law of aesthetics, from which people may experience a feeling different from the current time and space. All the “Images”will connect, reflect, and influence each other. Through which the scene is demonstrated and the inner feeling is conveyed.   

 

实际上,设计也是如此。只不过,设计“诗”的“象”,成了可被解读的符号、元素、物件、规律,即我们所说的“形”,通过形的组合,去表达思考、哲学或情感。

In fact, the design also shares the same idea. However, the “Image” in design turns into an interpreted sign, element, article and even a law, namely the “Appearance” in Chinese eyes. Through the combination of different appearances, people’s thinking, philosophy, and feeling are expressed.

 

鲁能项目坐镇三环中轴,天坛正南,项目规划效法紫禁城,园林灵感还原乾隆花园——LSD解读它的形,是传统、是中式、是“皇味十足”,LSD解读它的意,是礼序,是尊重,是不世俗。

The project is owned by Luneng Group, which is located in the central axis of the 3rd Ring Road, and due south of the Temple of Heaven. The project planning follows the footsteps of the Forbidden City and aims to relive the feel hided in the classic gardens during the Qianlong Period. In LSD’s opinion, the classic and Chinese “appearance” embodies the imperial grandeur, and the “image” shows the etiquette, the respect and the transcendence. 

             

以形写意也好,以意达境也好,最首要的任务,是在做好传承的同时,对话时代。

Whether you use the appearance to demonstrate the image, or use the image to create the artistic conception, what matters is to inherit the past outstanding ideas and incarnate the characteristics of the times.  

 

 

“谈笑有鸿儒,往来无白丁”——会客

“ The laugh of cultured wit and no intrusion of gross soul”-- Reception Room

 

步入客厅,莫里加的《夜溪》就将摄取你的心魄,他笔下的山峦,气象万千,延展出无穷无尽的意象。一深一浅两座长沙发,与地毯的跳脱形成对比。一组小叶紫檀南官帽椅,价值非凡却又内敛沉静,所谓“大音希音”也许正是如此。

When step into the living room, the “Stream in the Night” drawn by Mo Lijia will greet your eyes. The mountains under his pen boast a various shapes and imply countless meanings, which will attract your mind even soul. In contrast with the plain carpet, there are two color contrast couches. The price of the arm chairs made of Lobular red sandalwood is high, but they are elegant and simple. Perhaps, it reflects the true meaning of “great music having few voices”.        

 

一旁的偏厅,罗汉榻、三才碗、玉制盆器等浓重传统元素加入岁寒三友松、竹、梅的点缀,还原魏晋文人待客、清谈之场景,缎面的纹路、挂画的古朴色彩与窗帘地毯的用色相得益彰。

In the side hall, except some objects with a strong traditional sense, such as Ocean's couch, tureen and jade utensil, the three friends in cold winter, namely pine, bamboo and plum, also stud here. When you expose yourself to the delicate scene, you will feel like living in the Wei and Jin dynasties. The lines of the satin together with the plain color of the wall picture well match the curtain and carpet.

 

餐厅延仗客厅的中轴对称,享受同样的奢侈尺度。值得一提的是,餐椅椅背的手工刺绣,来自苏州绣娘一针一线织就而成——用金线、丝线两种线按纹样外缘逐步向内铺扎盘出龙图案,层层叠叠地铺就,十分重工。餐厅吊灯来自Mathieu Lustrerie,暖色的灯光透过青铜与水晶质面,映衬在描金漆餐具之上,粼粼微光,营造出大气,贵重的氛围。

Meanwhile, the magnanimous dinner room spreads along the central axis of the living room and the handmade embroidery in the back of the dining chair, created by the female embroiders of Suzhou, also deserves an attention, of which the dragon image is embroidered from outside into inside by applying gold and silver thread, tier upon tier. The ceiling lamp made from bronze and crystal comes from Mathieu Lustrerie. Through the lamp surface, the warm light casts on the gold-lacquered tableware, sparkling, creating a majestic atmosphere. .                 

 

顺着楼梯循级而下,6米长的云石吊灯光影如泄,石屏上幻化的肌理,犹如一幅幅精美山水画,顺着山水的纹路,透出朦朦胧胧的光如数千年的文化长河,倾泻于底下的一组太湖石之上。

The light of the 6-meter-long marble droplight down spreads along the stair while the shadows against the stone screen look like exquisite landscape paintings. Tracing along the mountains and streams, you will find the hazy beams look like the cultural corridor lasting thousands of years and, eventually, they cast on the Taihu stones.    

 

位于楼梯底部的休闲区,专属于别墅的男主人,地毯仿若一幅巨大的山水画为整个空间的态度定调,金属环形吊灯,与金属圆几相映成趣。作为社交空间,这里更私藏了他游历四方遇见的珍贵记忆。

The leisure area is placed in the foot of the stair, which is occupied by the Villa host, exclusively. The carpet like a huge landscape painting sets the main tone of the whole space. While the metal annular lamp goes with the metal rings. As a social space, it is home to many precious memories that the host collects in different places.

 

“万卷皆生欢喜”——书房

“All books are endowed with bliss”-- Study Room

 

明代吴从先在《赏心乐事》中,谈到理想中的书房——“斋欲深,槛欲曲,树欲疏,榻上欲有烟云气,万卷皆生欢喜,阆苑仙洞不足羡”,我们将这一切搬到了现实中。

打通负二、负三层,以为书房,一面挑高6.5米的书墙,可藏书6000余本,是书香门第世代相传的智慧。

Wu Congxian, a scholar of Ming Dynasty, talked about the ideal study room in his work “A cheerful event”. He pointed that “the ideal study room should lie in a secluded place surrounded by trees, where the wind sounds like a song, the whole room is enclosed by clouds, and all books are endowed with bliss, so you don’t have to envy the heaven palaces any more”. We make it in the real world by connecting the second and the third floor underground and converting it into the study room. A 6.5-meter-tall wall can hold over 6000 books, which symbolizes the wit passing down from the past generations. 

案上设有笔墨纸砚,安放主人随性而起的诗意,更以香炉焚香静气,为书案萦绕烟云。以竹柏作陪,架上藏纳古物雅玩。

The “scholar's four jewels” (writing brush , ink stick , ink slab and paper) is placed in the writing desk for the convenience of writing poems. The entire writing desk is hovered by the incense from the censer for calming down the anxious mind. Accompanied by bamboos and cedars are shelves’ antiques and elegant objects.

案前放置四樽石墩,其材料为木化石,是上亿年的树木被迅速埋葬地下后,木质部分被改变而形成的遗世孤品。保留树木的纹理和形态,略加打磨,大小不一却更见情致。放置于古朴的地毯之上,仿佛从中生长出来一般。

Four stone seats are placed in front of the writing desk. They are made from wooded fossil, which is formed through the following process: first, the trees have to be buried underground for hundreds of millions of years, then, the wood nature will change and eventually, it will turn into the rarity we see. After burnishing, the stone seats reserving the texture and shape of the original trees, although the size is different, it becomes more fantastic. When they are placed in the simple but elegant carpet, as if they grew from it.       

 

寒夜客来茶代酒,竹炉汤沸火初红”——禅茶

“When guests come at a cold night, you can take the tea as the wine; While the soup is boiling, the furnace just begins to flourish”-- Zen tea room

 

以茶待客,乃古代人情交际的礼节,它为友人之间带来一种清幽隽永的意境,更被视为风雅之事。故此,负一层设禅茶室,供长日清谈、寒宵兀坐。

Serving the guests with tea is the custom handing down from the ancient Chinese, by which, it creates a fresh and refined atmosphere. People also think highly of it. Therefore, we place the Zen tea room in the first floor underground, where people can hold a talk even at a cold night.   

 

这里还原了苏轼闲居蜀山时的茶室,正对院竹,“茅屋一间,修竹数竿,小石一块,可以烹茶,可以留客也。”茶室仅设二席,远可观竹,近可对诗,是为“一盏清茗酬知音”。

Furthermore, it recreates the layout of the tea room where Sushi( a poet of Song Dynasty) stayed in Shushan Mountain, namely directly facing the bamboos in the yard. The layout of the tea room can be described as “ a simple bothy, several bamboos, and a small stone, where you can brew tea or talk with your guests”. There are only two seats, on which you can see the bamboos in the yard or exchange poems with the counterpart. So it can be seen as “using a cup of tea to treat your bosom friends”.

    

 

“可以调素琴,阅金经”——香道琴房

“You can play the Guzheng and read Buddhist texts”-- Music Studio

 

斋中抚琴,也是文人的一种雅好。负一层的香道琴房,是抚琴、冥思的安静所在。古人视琴如格,有十善、十诫、五不弹,如于尘市不弹、对俗子不弹、不衣冠不弹等,对环境及自身的要求都极高,或地清境绝,或雅室焚香。故此,香道琴房设雅席、设香炉,以诗词入画,透着纱质窗帘,院中芭蕉隐隐点缀,正应了“芭蕉叶下雨弹琴”的闲适意境。

Playing the Guzheng in a room is also a sound hobby embraced by literati. You can play it or meditate things in the music studio in the first floor underground. When playing the Guzheng, the ancient Chinese observe certain principles, namely ten dos and don'ts and five situations where they wouldn’t play, such as they wouldn’t play when they stand in a noisy place, they wouldn’t play to a untaught mind and they wouldn’t play when they don’t dress themselves well. They are strict on the surroundings, and only when the place is quiet and a censer is burned, they will start. For this reason, we place elegant room, censer, pictures with poems, and curtain made of gauze, here. Besides, we also stud plantains in the yard. The whole scene looks like the verse “playing the Guzheng under the leaves of plantain in a rain day”.           

      

 

“和而不同,各得其所”——居室

“Harmony without uniformity, and everything in its place”-- Bedroom

 

大面积的金箔画与静气内敛的深色系为主卧渲染基调,铜器的光泽穿插点缀,透过镂空的木质屏风,漏下了点点滴滴的夕阳余晖,映照在浓绿的枝叶,将卧室书写出了庭院的意趣。

The tone of the bedroom is set by the large-scale gold foil paintings and the dark color, and some luster shining from the bronze wares embellishes the whole sight. The glow of the sunset casts on the dark-green branches through the hollow wooden screen, which endows the bedroom with the interest of garden.    

 

“推半窗明月,卧一榻清风” 自汉末以来,文人雅士必备一榻,以竹榻、石榻、木榻来表示自己的清高和定性,主卧一侧的罗汉榻,用以安放闲适的身心,展经史、阅书画,或倚坐抚琴,或睡卧闻香,案上搁放的珐琅古物与雅玩,更增添几分风雅妙趣。

“The bright moon pours in the room through the window, and man sleep in the bed accompanied by the breeze”. Since the late of Han dynasty, couch, such as bamboo couch, stone couch, and wooden couch, has been bond with literati, through which they can express their loftiness and morality. You can lie in the Ocean's couch in the bedroom to relax your mind or to read various books. In addition, you also can seat in it and play the Guzheng or smell the incense from the censer. The various antiques and elegant objects in the writing desk also adds some interests to the entire circumstance.  

 

所谓秋敛冬藏,客房用深灰的沉稳静默,搭配墨绿的淡泊质朴,整个居室的秉性就在这样的基调中游走。金属质感的摆件,呼应青铜吊灯,在古朴的淡泊中透着一丝岁月沉淀的美感。

As a Chinese saying goes: people tend to reap the crops in autumn and store them in winter. The tone of the bedroom is calm and silent embodied by the dark-gray, and simple and plain embodied by the green black. Echoing the bronze chandelier are some decorations with metal texture, through which a sense of beauty of times is penetrated. 

三楼是孩子们秘密的游乐园,以阴阳分布的男左女右,安置了男孩房、女孩房。

男孩房追求时尚的跳脱,以黑与白作为主色调,穿插在空间的大展示面与细节中。线条随意抽象交织的地毯,铺就整个空间活泼生动的气氛。

The recreation area for kids is placed in the 3rd floor. We arrange the boys’ room and girl’s room based on Chinese Yin and Yang. Boys are keen on the flexibility, so the dominant tone is black and white, which can be seen both in the integral structure and the details. The lively and vigorous atmosphere is shaped through the carpet with random and interlaced lines. 

 

女孩房以优雅的灰色搭配恬静的紫色,金属的质感在边几与吊灯之间遥相呼应。豆沙绿与白纱组合的窗帘,在微风下细细撩动,能否装下谁的一帘幽梦?

The girls’ room is decorated by elegant gray and noble purple, while the metal texture echoes between the side table and the chandelier. The green-and-white curtain waves under the force of breeze, can it hold girls’ dream?
