设计说明：
项目位于深圳市南山区中泰天成办公楼第16层，其主要功能是售楼与办公样板间展示于一体的空间。它是一位稳重的，讲究细节的都市精英，在橡木色的底子下又跳耀着一个年轻而充满活力的绿色小清新。整个空间主要分为销售区和办公样板区两大块，两者间没有明显的隔墙划分，而是通过各功能区造型的延续，通透的金黄色玻璃隔断，是有非有的让各区域相互独立又互相贯通，且五米多的层高通过局部夹层的处理让空间层次更为突出，使用功能更为多样和玩味。
Design description:
The project is located in 16 F Zhongtai Tiancheng Office Building, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, it’s a functional space integrated sales center and model office. It is a mature urban elite particular about details, yet under the appearance of oak color is a young and lively freshness beauty shining and dancing. The whole space is divided into two parts as sales zone and model office zone, instead of wall partitions, functional zones are separated by their natural structure and crystal golden glass which makes every parts independent and connected. A few interlayers between the 5 meter space make more sense of layering and variety of functions.
